This notice explains how Angkasa Engineering uses information submitted through the project inquiry form.

What we collect

When you send a brief, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), selected service, project description, and the time of submission and consent. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential technical details in your first inquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, communicate with you about your project, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Where it is processed

The website is designed to run on Vercel, with inquiries stored in a Supabase database. These providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver their services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s connection request. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is kept while it is needed for your request and any resulting project, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. You may withdraw your permission to be contacted or request access, correction, or deletion by submitting a request through the inquiry form, identifying the email address used in your original inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Use the project inquiry form to ask a privacy question. Select “Not sure yet” and describe your request without including unnecessary personal information.
